Here at Cummings League Marketing & Design, we feel that our program pricing should be as easy-to-understand as our service and performance.
Most services at The Cummings League are charged individually, but there is contract work available for businesses in need of multiple services for an extended amount of time. For a detailed breakdown of contract services and pricing click the following link: CONTRACT SERVICES
Below you will find pricing for basic marketing and design services offered by The Cummings League.
Social Media Marketing Services
Social Media Management: Social media management is available for $125 per month for up to 3 social media accounts. There is an extra $50 charge for any additional social media platform you'd like managed beyond your main 3 accounts. I can manage Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube channels.
Social Media Accounts Setup: If your business is in need of a social media account, The Cummings League can set them up for you. All social media account covers and graphics are professionally created and will show your company's brand. There is a $250 charge for social media account set up services. This includes up to 4 social media accounts plus graphic design work for each one. This is for set up services ONLY; this does not include management services.
Social Media Marketing: Social media marketing services are available in 3 affordably priced social media marketing plans:
PLAN 1: One single post per day, 7 days a week, on each of your business social media sites is $100 per month. All posts will include promotion of your products and services as well as content created to drive more traffic to your company's website.

PLAN 2: Two posts per day, 7 days a week, on each of your business social media sites is $190 per month. All posts will include promotion of your products and services, individualized content catered to your target audience, and links to pages on your website to increase your website's exposure to customers.
PLAN 3: Three posts per day, 7 days a week, on each of your business social media sites is $200 per month. All posts will include promotion of your products and services, individualized content catered to your target audience, links to pages on your website to increase your website's exposure to customers, and testimonials (upon request).
Content Marketing Services
Blog Posts: I am a professional writer who can create high-quality blog posts for your website. Topics can be provided by you are suggested by The Cummings League, upon your approval. All blog posts will be a minimum of 500 words. You have the option to choose between 3 blog writing plans:
PLAN 1: One blog post per week, on the day of your choosing, is priced at $150 a month. All photos and graphics must be provided to accompany blog entry. If you are in need of photography or graphic design services for the blog post, a charge of $85 will be added for each photo and graphic design The Cummings League will produce.
PLAN 2: Two blog posts per week, on the day of your choosing, is priced at $200 a month. All photos and graphics must be provided to accompany blog entries. If you are in need of photography or graphic design services for the blog posts, a charge of $95 will be added for each photo and graphic design The Cummings League will produce.
PLAN 3: Three blog posts per week, on the day of your choosing, is priced at $250 a month. All photos and graphics must be provided to accompany blog entries. If you are in need of photography or graphic design services for the blog posts. a charge of $100 will be added for each photo and graphic design The Cummings League will produce.
Media Relations Services
Press Releases & News Pitches: All press releases The Cummings League writes for your business are charged at $75 per release. News pitches are priced at $50 for 4 news pitches. Each pitch is written for a targeted journalist or reporter, either of the business owner's choosing or suggested by Ms. Cummings. There is a $25 charge for each news pitch written past the original 4 news pitches purchased. Both press releases and news pitches will include your company logo, contact information, and relevant content information. All interviews for press release information will be conducted by The Cummings League. A PDF copy will be sent to the buyer as a final copy. Distribution to the news media is a separate service.
Press Release & News Pitch Distribution: Press release & news pitch distribution services includes distribution to at least 10 news media outlets (for press releases) and all targeted news pitches on behalf of The Cummings League. There is a $100 charge for press release creation and distribution services or news pitch and distribution services. If you are in need of a press package which includes press releases and news pitches, call The Cummings League with your project criteria for pricing options.
Media Kits: A media kit is a pdf document containing information about your business, product, event or client. They are mainly used at events and for launches as a package of information for journalists to help them write their stories. The basic components of a media kit includes biographies of the company, owner and senior level team members or person of interest, contact information, a press release, a mission statement or branding statement for your business, product, event or person you are promoting, promotional photos, relevant news story links, branding and logo information, and a section of awards, accomplishments, or client testimonials. Other elements can be added.
The Cummings League designs media kits according to your specific needs. Your media kit must be at least 10 pages. There is a $50 charge per page. After the 10th page there is a $75 charge for each page. A partial payment of $250 is required at the start of the project. The remaining balance is due upon receipt of the final product. Media kit service includes all research, photography, and videography work for your VNR.
Video News Release : A Video News Release (VNR) is a short, professionally scripted and produced video news story focused on a specific announcement. The VNR is generally released in conjunction with a traditional press release or media kit. If you are in need of videography work to get your VNR completed, give The Cummings League a call. A full VNR which includes videography, interviewing, photography, and editing is a $300 charge. A partial payment of $150 is required at the start of the project. The remaining balance is due upon receipt of the final product. If you only need editing services, video editing is a $200 charge. A deposit of $100 is due before editing begins. The remaining balance will be requested at the end of editing services.
*Video editing is a time consuming process. For all videography work, there is a minimum of 2 revision sessions. After the second editing process, an hourly fee of $30 per hour of work will be added for all editing work thereafter until the project is complete.*
Marketing Services
Business Plans: A business plan clearly defines a company's goals and how you will achieve them. It includes an executive summary, market and consumer research, branding and marketing goals, budget, and business projections for the future. They are typically created in PDF formats with an abridged video or Powerpoint presentation to accompany it. Business plans are charged the electronic publication rate. This means your business plan must be at least 10 pages. There is a $50 charge per page. After the 10th page there is a $75 charge for each page. A partial payment of $250 is required at the start of the project. The remaining balance is due upon receipt of the final product. Business plans include all research work. The final product comes with a video presentation. The pricing will be based on the number of pages of the PDF version of the business plan ONLY, starting with the table of contents.
Branding: All graphic design work is a $75 charge per branding and marketing material created. This includes logos, menus, business cards, flyers, invitations, pamphlets, posters, banners, and yard signs. If you are in need of multiple branding and marketing materials, a custom branding package is also available. Pricing for branding packages vary, depending on your branding and marketing needs. Website Design: There is a $250 fee for website set up services. This service includes design, photography, graphic design, and domain name. A mobile friendly version of your website will be designed as well. This is a one time fee. Content will be client-focused, customer-centric, and catered to your business brand. There is an additional fee of $25 for business email set up. Website management or SEO optimization services are not included in this fee.
Website Management: There are 2 prices to choose from for website management services. If The Cummings League created your website, there is a monthly fee of $125 for website management. If you would like The Cummings League to manage a website you already have, the fee is $275 per month. Website management services includes content updates, email and service request monitoring, and blog posting. Google analytics monitoring and SEO optimization services are not included.
Google Analytics: As a certified Google Analytics expert, I am able to offer account set up, monitoring, and consultation services for your business.
Google Analytics Account Setup: There is an $80 charge per account for Google Analytics Setup. You can host multiple accounts with Google Analytics. Each account set up will be a $80 set up fee. If you are in need of the Cummings League to monitor and manage your Google Analytics accounts, a fee of $100 per month will be charged to your company.
Google Analytics Consulting: Consulting work for Google Analytics is an hourly rate. Consultation for one Google Analytics account is $70 per hour. Consultation for multiple Google Analytics accounts is $100 per hour. Google Analytics consultation is a time consuming process, which requires a deep dive into checking that all metrics are set up probably and collecting the correct data for your business' key performance indicators (KPI).
Photography Services
The Cummings League offers a variety of photography services for events of all types. I am a professional photographer whose photos in previous PR roles has garnered state and national recognition. I am passionate about my craft and you will see this passion come through in your photography sessions. I specialize in portraits & lifestyle group photos; senior, prom, and graduation pictures; wedding & engagement portraits; event coverage; sports coverage; professional head shots; and product marketing photos. A booking form must be completed prior to a photography session. You can access the form at the following link: Booking Form. There is a deposit required for photography services. Deposit amounts varies depending on customized pricing.
The following photo packages are for personal portraits and family lifestyle photos only. Wedding & Engagement photos, professional headshots, product marketing photos, and sports and special event coverage photography sessions will be custom priced depending on number of hours of service requested.
